Following the well-trodden Marangu Route, we’ll trek to the Mandara Hut, the initial stop, where we’ll pause for a delightful picnic lunch. As fellow climbers press on toward the summit, we’ll begin our descent, eventually returning to Arusha.

Your day of exploration commences with a prompt hotel pickup at 07:00hrs. We'll experience on a scenic three-hour drive to the Marangu Gate, where you'll undergo registration with the Kilimanjaro National Park authorities, setting off on our hike around 11:00hrs. Our chosen path, the Marangu Route, offers a southeastern approach to Kilimanjaro, focusing on the lower altitudes as we aim for the Mandara Hut. Along the way, we'll enjoy a leisurely picnic lunch. Upon reaching the hut by 14:00hrs, we'll take a 30-minute break before a gradual descent back to the Marangu Gate, a journey spanning 2.5 hours. Your return to Arusha will be facilitated by an Mirable Safari vehicle, ensuring you arrive at your hotel by 20:00hrs.
